Francesca Zantedeschi is Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Amsterdam. Previously, she held postdoctoral fellowships at the Gerda Henkel Stiftung (2018-2019) and the Vossius Center for the History of Humanities and Sciences (2021). Her research focuses on European nationalism, national stereotyping, and the history of the humanities since 1800, with a particular emphasis on philology and linguistics. Maurizio Mancuso is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in European Studies at the University of Amsterdam, with a primary focus on European Union Law and a secondary emphasis on European Culture. As part of the university's Honours program, he is involved in a research practicum contributing to the ETHNOSCHISM project, where he explores national stereotypes and their impact on European relations.
